Fertile Ground
A 28 Day Challenge to Tend the Soil of your Womb, Mind & Spirit for Fertility
We start on October 13th!

you don’t have to walk this waiting season alone
Infertility can feel overwhelming and lonely.
You’re doing everything you know how to do.
You’ve changed your diet. You’ve tracked your cycle. You’ve prayed and cried out to God.
And still—you’re left with the ache of waiting.
What makes it harder is how isolating it feels.
Your friends and family may not fully understand the grief.
Church can offer prayers and scripture but miss the deeper connection to the womb.
And so you’re left caught in between — desiring encouragement and support that speaks to all of you: your body, your spirit, and your faith.
That’s what Fertile Ground is here to offer.
A 28-day journey where you don’t have to walk alone.
Where daily encouragement and gentle practices bring hope and peace back into your routine.
Where you’re reminded that your womb is not broken — it is holy ground, worthy of care, attention, and prayer.
And where God, the Gardener, meets you in your body and in your waiting — not to demand more striving, but to give you comfort, peace, and connection.
You don’t need to do more.
You don’t need to prove your faith.
You simply need a place to be held, supported, and reminded that God is near.
This is Fertile Ground: a community of women, tending the soil of body and spirit together, and leaning into God’s presence day by day.

what to expect
Each day for 28 days, you’ll devote yourself to one or more simple seeds to plant:

Move with Your Cycle — movement that aligns with where you’re at in your menstrual cycle
Rest & Receive — a guided visualization, sleep hypnosis, or intentional rest

🌱 Telegram sisterhood group chat: A space to share without judgement, receive encouragement without bypassing, and have fellowship with women who get it. This is also a space to hold you accountable to your daily seeds:)

the body prayer method
As women, prayer and relationship with God are not meant to stay only in the mind.
Conception itself is an act of surrender—a softening, an opening, a receiving. Our wombs are designed as vessels of life, and that same posture of openness is how God calls us to receive His love and presence.
But so often, the infertility journey pulls us in the opposite direction.
We tighten. We analyze. We grasp for control. We live in our heads—tracking, planning, trying to solve what feels like a broken problem.
And through years of conditioning—religious trauma, cultural shame, even the medical system—many women have become severed from the sacred truth of the womb.
The womb is reduced to a mechanical organ, a machine to be fixed, rather than a holy space that holds physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
But when we return to the body, something shifts.
Our breath slows.
Our womb softens.
We step into the same posture our bodies need for conception: surrender, openness, and trust.
This is why embodiment matters for women.
Because as vessels, we are uniquely designed to pray with our whole selves. Our wombs, our breath, our bodies were not meant to be left out of devotion. They are part of the altar.
That’s why I created The Body Prayer Method™—a practice of bringing scripture and devotion down into your womb, your belly, and your breath.
It’s about moving from words alone to full-body prayer.
From striving to surrender.
From mental problem-solving to embodied trust.
Through this daily practice, you begin to encounter God not as distant, but as dwelling within you—meeting you in your breath, in your womb, in your waiting.

after 28 days, you will:
Feel peace in your womb, mind and heart
No longer just a malfunctioning organ, but holy ground
Experience renewed hope
Even if the outcome isn’t here yet, you’ll sense God’s presence in the waiting.
Be carried by community
No longer isolated, but surrounded by sisters who understand
Grow in strength & resilience
Through simple daily practices that keep you grounded
Step into deeper intimacy with God
Learning to pray with your whole being
Become rooted in your identity as a Daughter of God and Mother
Before the pregnancy test ever turns positive
Meet your guide
Hi love, I’m Dana.
I’m a Certified Women’s Hormone Health Coach and Somatic Practitioner devoted to helping women prepare—spiritually and emotionally—for the holy work of becoming a Mother.
For the past 5 years, I’ve supported women to balance hormones, regulate cycles, and optimize fertility naturally through nutrition, lifestyle, subconscious healing, and most importantly—embodied prayer and womb connection.
To be transparent, I have not personally walked through infertility. But I do know the ache of waiting. I’m 32, longing for marriage and motherhood, and watching nearly all my friends step into those seasons while I remain in the in-between.
I know the questions that keep you up at night—“Why me? What more can I do? When, God?” I know the sting of comparison, the waves of anger and grief, and the temptation to lose hope.
If it weren’t for faith, I don’t know how I’d make it through. And that’s why I created Fertile Ground—to pour the same encouragement, faith, and embodied practices that sustain me into you, so you don’t have to walk this road alone.
With both my practical knowledge and my personal devotion, I’m here to walk alongside you. Let’s tend the soil together!
FAQs
-
This space is Christ-centered. The daily encouragement, prayer practices, and live calls are rooted in scripture and intimacy with God. You don’t have to have it all “figured out” in your faith to join—but you should feel open to bringing God into your fertility journey.
-
Most fertility support lives at the extremes.
In the medical world, the focus is almost entirely physical and logical: tests, protocols, interventions. It leaves out the emotional, subconscious, and spiritual dimensions—and often disconnects you from your own body.
In many Christian spaces, the focus is prayer and scripture (beautiful and powerful!) but often only from the neck up. Embodiment and the sacred connection to your womb are rarely addressed, and pain can sometimes be bypassed with “just have more faith.”
Fertile Ground brings it all together.
Here, we tend to your whole self—body, mind, and spirit.
We combine faith and scripture with embodiment practices, womb connection, and hormone healthy habits. This is where your longing meets both practical support and spiritual renewal—so you’re not just “trying harder,” but learning how to rest, soften, and receive God’s love in your whole being. -
Each weekly call will be around 60 minutes and will be recorded, so you can watch the replay if you can’t make it live.
-
Sharing is highly encouraged. 🌿
The Telegram group is not just a place for updates—it’s a space for sisterhood. When you open up about your wins, struggles, or prayers, you not only deepen your own experience, but you also bless and encourage the other women in the group.
You’ll find that the more you lean in, the more supported, seen, and connected you feel. Of course, you can choose your level of engagement—but remember: you get out of this what you put in.
-
No program can promise that. Fertile Ground is not a medical treatment, but a spiritual and emotional support container. The focus is on preparing your soil, tending your body and spirit, and leaning into God’s timing with peace.
